Every woman dreams for the beautiful and voluminous hair but soon the dream turns into a nightmare as they start losing it. Hair falls due to some common and uncommon reasons and there are ways to fix this problem. Of course it’s seriously depressing to lose hair but one can also be successful in combating the depression of hair loss. Can be and If you have excess hair, it creates irritability. Guys may start to see early signs of balding in their teen ages. According to beauty experts, it is normal to lose 100 strands of hair every day. However, it is not normal to lose hair more than that.


Hair loss can be due to several factors such as getting the sufficient amount of nutrition required for hair, excessive use of various chemical treatments, unhealthy diet, hormonal imbalances, excessive medication, dandruff and other dermatological problems etc. Often anxiety or emotional stress may also be the reason for hair loss.

Using warm oil on hair and the scalp increases the blood circulation, removes the dead skin cells and dandruff and helps to grow new hair. Massage the oil lightly all over the scalp with the help of a finger or cotton ball. Wait a few hours or a whole night, then shampoo. It is better not to go out of the house when you have applied the oil on your hair because dust gets attached with the oil easily. This might cause dandruff to attack leading to more hair loss.
  6. Use a shampoo or cleanser that is paraben-free and stay away from sulfates as much as possible. Shampoos with sulfate dry the hair easily. Instead, use something that is gentle and light for cleansing hair.
  7. You should shampoo your hair at least after each 3 days, otherwise your hair feel too greasy with all the dirt and dust getting accumulated on the roots.

  2. There is a common misconception that tying hair tightly in a ponytail will help the hair to grow faster. The idea is wrong. In fact tying hair tightly in this manner causes hair to break. Besides, it is better to avoid using rubber or elastic bands while tying your hair.
  3. Look for the natural ingredients which are usually available at your kitchen cabinet to reduce hair fall and grow new hair. Use onions to reduce hair fall drastically. Onion juice is very effective remedy for hair. Make juice out of few onions and apply it on the scalp with cotton. Wash after 30 minutes. Use the onion juice at least one day a week to get benefitted.
  4. Change your diet. Balanced and accurate eating habits will provide adequate nutrients to your hair and scalp. It also reduces the tendency of hair fall. Eat those foods that are rich in Iron, Folic Acid, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Zinc, Vitamin B and Omega-3. It is better to eat less junk food, oil, oil, and butter. Make a habit of eating fresh vegetables and fruits.

Take the freshly prepared green tea in a bowl. Add egg yolk to it. The green tea used should be lightly warm. Stir the mixture to make a creamy mask. If the mask feels too dense then add some more green tea liquid in it.

Brush your hair well. Divide your hair into two sections and slowly apply the mixture all over your hair. If possible, cover your entire head with a shower cap and wait for 30-45 minutes, so that the mixture can work properly and gets absorbed through the scalp. Now wash your hair with cold water. Clean the hair thoroughly using a light shampoo. Use conditioner. Using this mask twice a week will give you better results.


Green tea contains plenty of antioxidants which help preventing hair fall. Eggs contain plenty of proteins, vitamins, fats and minerals, which assist in growing new hair.
